COVID 19 Policy

We are all in this together and here is what we are doing to keep you safe and keep our team healthy.

1. We ARE Open!  Orders are still shipping in our regular schedule 2-3 business days from time of order.  Exclusions are items that are made to order (premade malas) and items that may be temporarily out of stock.  For those items, we anticipate 5-8 business days until shipping.

2. Keeping You Safe:  Our workspaces and Packing areas are sanitized regularly throughout the day.  Shopping online is the safest way to shop during this time.  There have been no cases of Covid 19 being transmitted through the mail or on packages.  It's also really easy to maintain social distancing when you're surfing the web and shopping from the comfort of your home!

3. Keeping Our Team Healthy:  We work with a nonprofit who serves a community of People with Disabilities in Tucson, AZ.  Currently to maintain their safety, most of our clients are staying safe at home.  The rest of our team has stepped up, and while maintaining social distancing in our workspaces, we are filling in and working hard to stay committed to you, our customer, with on-time shipping and providing quality handmade goods.

4. Giving Back:  Our mission is to improve the lives of our customers, our employees, and our community (local and abroad).  During this difficult time we are also donating to the Red Cross to help with fires on the US west coast and donating to local causes that support people in need during COVID 19.
